A Ring Group is one non geographic number or an IVR that that rings a group of phones simultaneously, stopping when any one of them is picked up and the caller is connected to the line. Hunt groups allow you to specify more than one phone to answer a call but these numbers are not called simultaneously they are caller for a set period before calling the next number ’Hunting‘ for an answer.
