0800 Number Shop provides access to Waphoo This is a dedicated website to provoide call statistics. You can login and see all the numbers within your customer account, run reports on individual numbers or on the account as a whole.

Information is invaluable to any businesses as with this you can measure the effectiveness of an advertising or marketing campaign, identify the peak times for inbound calls and accurately assess their inbound phone requirements.

Advanced Call Stats

This facility is only offered to customers that have a minimum usage on the account, for a detailed analysis of call records we offer CDR (Call Detail Records) files in .CSV (Excel) format if you wish to view call statistics offline or import them into your CRM or billing application. Please contact your 0800 Number Shop account manager for further details.

CDR Information includes the following:

• Date
  This field shows the Date of the Calls made to your Number (dd:mm:yyyy)
• Time
  
• Destination
  This field shows the time for every Call made to your Number (hh:mm:ss)
• Caller CLI
  Shows the Telephone Number of your Callers
This field shows the Destination of where your Number is Routed to
• Duration
  The Duration of each Call Made to your Number in Minute and Seconds including ring and answer time
• Date
  This field shows the Date of the Calls made to your Number (dd:mm:yyyy)
