Cheap International Calls

Cheap phone calls to India

  • Ultra-cheap international calls to India from your landline, mobile… or phone box!
  • Only 2p a minute to call India - any time, any day!
  • Save 23p a minute compared to BT
  • No registration fees

We could save you a fortune if you regulary make calls to India. All you need to do is sign up with us via MapYourNumber.co.uk, stating the number which you would like to 'map'. Then, use your given 0844 number in place of the regular number and you will start to get charged at a rate of just 2p a minute, regardless of the time of your call.

How it works

Instead of just dialing the overseas number directly, call your dedicated 0844 number - it's as easy as that!

When you register your number, you need to provide us with the full number, including the international access code, the country code and the area code where necessary. For example, to call a number in New Delhi this would be 0091 123456.

Save 23p per minute!

The call will appear on your bill, but your mapped 0844 number will be displayed rather than the international number you called. You will also see that you will have been charged 2p a minute for the call rather than the usual 25p per minute BT charges to call India - a saving of 23p per minute!

Too good to be true?

It sounds almost too good to be true, doesn't it? Perhaps you're thinking "Where's the catch?" Well, there isn't one! We're able to charge you only 2p a minute for every international call you make to India, simply by diverting your call via our own internet network and therefore not having to pay for the use of BT's international telephone system. All we ask is that you make use of your mapped number after it has been registered and activated.

Our mapped numbers will also work when international call barring is activated on your phone - as you're dialling a UK number, the phone will not see that you're actually calling an international number!

The following table lists the area codes for some of the most popular areas in India. The number in brackets (if shown) is the trunk number, which is only required if you're calling a number within the country which you are situated (eg. A call from Leeds to London, both situated in the United Kingdom).
