Time Based Routing or ’Opening Hours‘ you to set your telephone opening hours and deal with callers appropriately. This is an extremely effective feature as;

• You can start taking calls at a set time and then route callers to voicemail or another number (e.g. your mobile) at a different time.
• Customers will always get dealt with effectively and you don’t have to worry about changing settings each day.
• Each day can have separate start and finish times (e.g. Mon-Fri – 9am-5pm / Sat-Sun 10am-4pm).
• If you only work 'in the office' 3 days a week all other days can be set so callers can go to voicemail or your mobile.

This smartens up the way you deal with calls

Case Study 1

Customer 1 works from a home office, the landline is also used for residential calls, between the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday calls route through to the landline also using the call whisper service to distinguish business calls. Outside of these hours calls are routed directly to the customers Voicemail.

Case Study 2

Customer 2 is a 24/7 security business. During normal working hours the calls are routed to staff at the office, as the security company need a 24 hour response calls outside of the normal office hours are routed to the staff mobiles that are on call using our Call Routing Service

Case Study 3

Customer 3 is a charity where volenteers work 3 days a week, combined with our Auto Attendant service the callers are greeted with a welcome message and presented with 3 options, during the 3 days that the staff memebers are available calls are routed to the office, outside of these hours calls are routed thorugh to the charities VoiceMail or to a staff members mobile phone.
